AutoLINE was first reviewed by Cadalyst Magazine in September 1994 by contributing editor David Byrne. At the time he called it “one of the greatest AutoCAD utilities”. The most recent version of AutoLINE has been completely rewritten to take advantage of the latest technological capabilities of both AcceliCAD and AutoCAD. It features significantly faster performance, smaller file sizes, and the use of native commands for editing including TRIM, BREAK, and PEDIT.

"We are surprised and overwhelmed by this honor" said Autodsys President and founder Ron Prepchuk. "We have put a great deal of effort into making AutoLINE the best way to create and draw linetypes."
