AutoLINE by Autodsys makes Cadalyst Magazines All Stars List for 2008
Portland, Oregon — Autodsys, Inc. (http://www.autodsys.com/ ) announced today that Cadalyst Magazine (www.cadalyst.com) has awarded AutoLINE by naming it to its All Stars list of best products for 2008.
Cadalyst All-Star awards honor the best of the best — the most outstanding among all hardware and software products that earned Highly Recommended ratings from Cadalyst Labs over the past year. AutoLINE 2009 software received a "Highly Recommended" rating in the August issue of Cadalyst.
Cadalyst, one of the industry's most respected publications, conducts regular product reviews which are closely watched by professionals in the CAD and AEC communities. Ron Lafon, contributing editor for Cadalyst conducted the review of Autodsys's AutoLINE software product. Mr. Lafon remarked "AutoLINE is extremely useful, easy to use, and flexible, making it a deservedly popular utility.."
AutoLINE was first reviewed by Cadalyst Magazine in September 1994 by contributing editor David Byrne. At the time he called it “one of the greatest AutoCAD utilities”. The most recent version of AutoLINE has been completely rewritten to take advantage of the latest technological capabilities of both AcceliCAD and AutoCAD. It features significantly faster performance, smaller file sizes, and the use of native commands for editing including TRIM, BREAK, and PEDIT.
